We supported a leading global infrastructure manufacturer during the critical phase between design validation and full mass production. Before tooling was available, we delivered production-ready components to support live installation programmes at scale.
By combining our state-of-the-art print farms, advanced material selection, and design-for-manufacture expertise, we enabled complex components to be produced reliably, repeatedly, and at volume without the delays and risk associated with early tooling investment. This allowed large-scale infrastructure programmes to move forward with confidence.

Drone Detection
Exhibit Model to Production Foundation
We supported an advanced security technology provider that initially required an exhibit-ready model. Rather than treating this as a one-off, we used the opportunity to establish the baseline manufacturing logic for the future product.
Although the system was still in development, the model was designed as the first true iteration. From the outset, we considered real operating conditions, including tactical deployment requirements and global weather variation. We delivered a robust, lightweight, and deployable solution that balanced performance with practicality.

Prosthetic Performance Device
Aftermarket Innovation (In Development)
This is one of our most meaningful projects. We are partnering on the development of an aftermarket device designed to unlock performance and independence for people using prosthetic limbs. The idea was born directly from lived experience.
Through early scoping sessions, the concept took shape around a clear gap in the market. Within months, the project progressed into its second development phase. Alongside building a working prototype, we established a clear manufacturing roadmap and commercial strategy.
Now in pre-seed stage, a functional early prototype has been realised. The journey is still unfolding — but the future is genuinely exciting.
