With over 16 years in commercial leadership, including eight years specialising in metal powders for additive manufacturing, Mark has built a strong professional network to help businesses repurpose waste streams. More recently, he has been deeply involved in advanced manufacturing through the sale of 3D printing machines. A hands-on and passionate advocate for business growth, Mark is an abstract thinker who thrives on solving complex challenges. Combining his expertise, he is dedicated to building a unique team that drives adoption and simplifies the complexities of AM with a strong application-focused approach.
Dominic Manterfield is a dynamic finance leader passionate about driving business growth and seizing new opportunities. With nearly a decade of experience, he excels in navigating complex financial details and presenting strategic insights to leadership teams. Dominic’s strengths lie in strategic development and process improvement, delivering clear communication and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and achieve goals. Andrew's passion for 3D printing began over 32 years ago and continues to grow. After studying Art and Design at Wolverhampton University, he spent 15 years as a hands-on model maker before transitioning into Additive Manufacturing (AM) at Liverpool University’s PIDC, where he operated a 3D Systems SLA250—a machine he still owns today. A highly decorated and sought-after thought leader, Andrew has a long history of contributing to the AM community, sitting on many steering committees and previously serving as Vice President of AMUG. He is also a recipient of the prestigious DINO Award for his outstanding contributions to the field. Andrew's passion for advancing manufacturing and innovation is unwavering.
With over 15 years of experience in additive manufacturing (AM), Fatos Derguti holds a Doctorate in Materials Engineering from Imperial College London. He has held significant leadership roles, including Head of R&D, Technical Director, and Global Chief Technology Officer, leading the development and implementation of advanced AM technologies. Fatos brings a comprehensive skill set, combining expertise in operational strategy, supply chain optimisation, and factory setup. As a respected thought leader, he is committed to driving the adoption of AM, leveraging his experience to inspire innovation and shape the future of manufacturing.
