## Manufacturing-as-a-Service

Manufacturing-as-a-Service, or MaaS, is Fig3D's long-term connected operating model. It brings together six areas around the product lifecycle: Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing, Digital, Operations and Supply Chain. The strategic digital direction includes approved-part libraries, revision control, digital inventory, stock visibility and manufacturing traceability. These digital capabilities are presented as a platform direction and should not be described as a fully delivered customer platform unless Fig3D confirms that status.

Fig3D presents its work across Defence and Security, Autonomous Systems and UAVs, AI Infrastructure, Digital Optical Systems, and Advanced Manufacturing and Niche Automotive. Initial enquiries concerning sensitive projects should remain high-level and should not contain confidential defence or commercially sensitive technical files.

## Facility

Fig3D describes a dedicated 2,000 sq ft UK facility at the Hope Centre in Rotherham. The facility combines a design studio with an advanced manufacturing workshop, connecting design, production, finishing and inventory management under one roof.
